In these turbulent economic times, prepare for your next move by joining in a discussion about job interviews and getting the results that serve you best. Selena Tan will share her insight from the perspective of the hiring manager. Topics will include goal-setting, exploring what employers are looking for, practicing for the interview, and using the follow up to open up further opportunities. Come ready to share your anecdotes and to ask questions about the interviewing process.

Presenter: Selena Tan, SPHR, MBA Northeastern University, BGS member. Selena is the Vice President of Administration at The Coyle Company located in Waltham, MA, which specializes in generational wealth planning. Selena has been an HR professional for over 10 years and began selecting and hiring talent 20 years ago. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and Northeast Human Resources Association.
