Abstract:
In business school, we all learned how to develop and implement
a strategy. When it comes to practical application, though,
we usually do not see a CEO or VP whipping up a quick Porter’s
5-forces Model to develop his/her company’s strategy.
So, whether you have the budget to hire McKinsey or not, what
are the critical items to keep in mind for both developing and
implementing an effective strategy? Join the Washington,
DC chapter of BGS on February 18th to learn the practical steps
that you can use to:
-
Develop and implement a strategy in your organization,
-
Evaluate the consultants who are supporting you in strategy
development/implementation
-
Learn from the experiences/questions of other seminar participants
