- Enroll by telephone by calling Corporate Incentive Services toll-free at 1-866-515-4747, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, ET. Please have your Organization ID# and Pin Code# available.
- Once you have received your card: For in store purchases, members will need to present their Brooks Brothers membership card at each time of purchase. For online purchases, members will need to activate the Brooks Brothers corporate membership number online. Note: billing and shipping address will need to match the address provided when enrolling for a corporate membership card to receive the savings online.
To activate your corporate membership number for online use:
- Click on the Corporate Member online register link: www.brooksbrothers.com/CIS
- Under "Register your corporate number," enter 12-digit corporate membership number, your last name, zip code and then sign up and follow prompts to activate corporate membership number.
