must build upon the honor, wisdom and earnestness of our members,
because it is our intention that Beta Gamma Sigma and its membership

New
Ordering Process
Beta
Gamma Sigma has been working for the past year to develop a new,
more efficient way to handle New Member Orders – memberships,
certificates and keys. As you know, the current system calls for
faculty advisors to download the order form from BetaNet, fill out
and attach the list of eligible student names, and return the information
(by email) to the BGS Central Office.
We’re now very excited to announce
the development of the new BGS On-Line Membership Order System,
which will be rolled out and used by chapters as they submit chapter
(membership) orders this fall.

BusinessWeek
and Fortune
One
of the best ways to maximize your eligible students' acceptance
of the lifetime membership invitation is to let them know about
all the valuable membership benefits. Beta Gamma Sigma has worked
very hard over the last several years to develop partnerships with
product and service providers. These partners offer discounts on
everything from car rental to college test prep software; and discounted
magazine subscriptions to discounted books online.
Two tremendous values - available
only to new student members - are one-year subscriptions to both
BusinessWeek and Fortune magazines.

| Collegiate
Chapter Officer Workshops
Beta
Gamma Sigma holds Collegiate Chapter Workshops to help its faculty
advisors and other chapter contacts as they prepare for, invite,
and induct new members each year. The Society strongly recommends
that each chapter send a representative to one of these Workshops
every few years, and it's a great idea for new chapters to see how
others have succeeded. Tips, tricks and best practices are shared,
as Central Office staff members lead a very worthwhile seminar for
chapter officers.
