Collegiate Chapter Workshops

Beta Gamma Sigma holds Collegiate Chapter Workshops to help its faculty advisors and other chapter contacts as they prepare for, invite, and induct new members each year. The Society strongly recommends that each chapter send a representative to one of these Workshops every few years, and it's a great idea for new chapters to see how others have succeeded. Tips, tricks and best practices are shared, as Central Office staff members lead a very worthwhile seminar for chapter officers.

Similarly, if you’re a new chapter representative at a school that has had a chapter for some time, you too should consider attending one of the 2006-07 Workshops. Your chapter may not be taking full advantage of all its opportunities, and the Workshops can help you do a better job recognizing your top students.

• March 15-16, 2007 - San Diego, California
• May 31-June 1, 2007 - Leipzig, Germany (European Chapter Seminar)

Registration for each of the workshops is $100 for Beta Gamma Sigma faculty officers and includes all meals, breaks and workshop materials. Chapters are responsible for their delegate's travel and lodging expenses.
