2007-08 BGS Student Leadership Forums

Has your chapter sent students to past BGS Student Leadership Forums? If so, are you planning to take part again this year? You should be. And if not, why not? The Forum has proven to be a valuable learning experience for hundreds of the top students from schools across the country, often leading to comments in post-forum surveys such as, “This was a life-changing experience,” and “The Forum was one of the most worthwhile weekends of my life.” Your chapter, and one or more of your top students, should take advantage of this tremendous program. Now is the time to save spaces for your collegiate chapter at the 2007-08 BGS Student Leadership Forums. The Fall Student Leadership Forum (November 1-4, 2007 in Tampa, Florida) is just around the corner, and there are very few spaces left. If you’re interested in sending someone to the Forum in Tampa and you haven’t notified the Central Office yet, email Mary Wiedman today at mwiedman@betagammasigma.org. The chapter is responsible for the $500 registration fee, which covers the cost of all Forum materials, meals, and three-nights lodging (double occupancy) at the Student Leadership Forum hotel. But hurry! Time is very short and space is very limited. For more information, download the registration form from BetaNet at http://www.betagammasigma.org/pdfs/slf0708.pdf and email Mary Wiedman today. If you’re interested in sending a student (or two) to the Winter 2008 Student Leadership Forum, scheduled for February 7-10, 2007 in Atlanta, Georgia, you can save a space using the same registration form found at http://www.betagammasigma.org/pdfs/slf0708.pdf. We have had a great response so far for this Forum as well, but there are still several spots available. Again, email Mary Wiedman at mwiedman@betagammasigma.org to get started, and make sure one or more of your top students benefit from this informative, “life-changing” program. |
