| New Online Ordering System We’re now very excited to announce the development of the new BGS Online Ordering System, which will be rolled out and used by chapters as they submit Supply and Membership orders this spring. This new system should prove to be much simpler and efficient to use, as all the chapter functions can be managed from a single, password-protected website. |

Value of BGS Membership Benefits that should be particularly valuable are subscriptions to BusinessWeek and Fortune magazines, and the availability and recent growth of the BGS CareerCentral job board. As you're speaking to eligible students, please be sure they know about these and other valuable member benefits. Letting outstanding students know the additional value of membership is a great way to increase the rate of those accepting the invitation to lifetime membership. |

Leadership Forum Forum after Forum, participants walk away from the weekend retreats feeling enlightened, invigorated and more prepared to assume their roles as the leaders of tomorrow. Supplementing the lessons taught in the business classroom, the SLF provides participants with an opportunity to discover who they are as leaders, what they can do as leaders, and what they can bring to the business world. |

Fee Increase
As a reminder, Beta Gamma Sigma's Lifetime Membership Fee has increased from $55 to $65. This fee remains the only financial requirement for a member's lifetime - once you become a member, you never have to pay another dime to remain a lifetime member. Read the Whole Story |

Beta
Gamma Sigma has been working for the past year to develop a new,
more efficient way to handle New Member Orders - memberships,
certificates and keys - as well as Supply Orders. As you know,
the old New Member system required faculty advisors to download
the order form from BetaNet, fill out and attach the list of eligible
student names, and return the information (by email) to the BGS
Central Office. The old Supply Order system was similar, requiring
faculty advisors to download, fill out and return the Collection
Supply Order Form. 
Beta
Gamma Sigma has always provided valuable benefits to its lifetime
members. However, those joining the Society today are truly fortunate,
as the list of member benefits is longer than ever.
The
Beta Gamma Sigma Student Leadership Forum continues to make its
mark on participants. 
That
was the question at the core of an online survey conducted in October
2006 by BusinessWeek Research Services on behalf of Beta Gamma Sigma.
