Updates for the BGS Online Ordering System
 This spring, Beta Gamma Sigma introduces some new enhancements to the Online Ordering System (OOS) that should make it much easier and more efficient for you to do your part in recognizing your top students. We listened to your input on a variety of subjects:
- We’ve added an “Upload” feature, which eliminates the need to type in every name one-by-one.
- Supply Order “one-stop shop” for all BGS logo items needed for ceremonies. Maybe you want a BGS table cover or additional banner pole and stand? Well, now you can get all that and more on the Supply Order section of the OOS system. There is no longer a need to go to several different places to order supplies. (NOTE: If you are looking for BGS logo gift items – t-shirts, hats, mugs, padfolios, etc. – these are still located on the BGS Store at http://www.betagammasigmastore.org).
- Once you upload the names of eligible students into the system, they can be sorted however you wish. You can also now edit names wherever they are in the process, which was requested by many.
- Chapter representatives can now pay for Supply Order items with a credit card – right on the system. We’ve added the ability to process credit card transactions for Supply Orders. If you would rather use the old process – the Central Office sends you an invoice for the items you order – that will still be an option.
- Many more valuable updates.

Important OOS Notes:
 It is very important that all chapter representatives sign in and update their information on the BGS Online Ordering System (if they have not done so already) at http://www.bgschapterservices.org. There must be at least one person associated with the chapter registered on the system, but chapters are encouraged to register everyone - faculty, administrative, etc. - who helps out. Please contact Donna Binek at dbinek@betagammasigma.org with any questions.
- If your chapter has a new advisor - or if you are the new advisor - please make sure to update your chapter information on the Online Ordering System. You can do this on the "Administrate Chapter" page under "Add/Edit Chapter Contacts."
- The Supply Order Form is now available on the Online Ordering System. Just click on the "Supply Order" tab at http://www.bgschapterservices.org, fill in the items needed, and submit. IMPORTANT NOTE: All supply items can now be ordered on this online form. There is no need to visit any other sites or fill out any other forms to order the supplies needed for your chapter.
