Diversity Leadership Power Conferences

The Diversity Leadership Power Conference (DLPC) is a 3-hour by-invitation-only event held in major cities throughout America during the Fall-Spring college recruiting seasons. Those invited to register include members of protected minority classes who are under-represented in the professional workplace and who are either upcoming college graduates, post-graduate students or alumni with 3+ years of professional work experience.

Those candidates who attend have the opportunity to meet with some of America’s leading employers over dinner and during opening/closing receptions. By virtue of a pre-screening process that matches registered candidates to the hiring criteria of the employer sponsors, employers have the ability to focus on candidates who possess the education, skills, experience and aptitude for their open positions. Under/Post-Grad students & alumni have the opportunity to engage employers with in-depth conversations and to learn about their industry, career opportunities, as well as their diversity recruiting, retention and advancement initiatives. All attendees are encouraged to network and make contacts with all sponsor employers as well as other students and alumni, many of whom may also provide valuable employment and career enhancing information.

These unique, informative conferences are limited to one hundred candidates per conference; PRE-REGISTRATION is required.
