A room block has been arranged at the Magnolia Hotel at the rate of $159 (standard) for Thursday and Friday nights. You can make your reservation by calling the number (888) 915-1110 and asking for Beta Gamma Sigma block.
*Hotel check-in time is 3:00pm. The hotel will accommodate early arrivals on a space available basis. Check-out time is 12:00pm.
Note: A $25 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations prior to February 9, 2018. Cancellations received after the February 9 deadline will result in the chapter being charged the complete registration fee.
Registration is $199 to Beta Gamma Sigma chapter faculty/officers and includes all meals, breaks and seminar materials. Chapters are responsible for their delegate’s travel and lodging expenses. Seminar registration deadline is Wednesday, February 9, 2018. If you register after February 9th, and space is still available the registration fee is $225.
