CEO, Beta Gamma Sigma
Chris Carosella is the CEO of Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS), the international honor society serving business programs accredited by AACSB, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. BGS has established over 586 collegiate chapters and 31 alumni chapters around the world, and inducted more than 820,000 members since its founding in 1913. Beta Gamma Sigma alumni serve in corporate, entrepreneurial, government, non-profit, and academic sectors. Members currently reside in all 50 states and more than 190 countries where they are changing the world at all levels of contribution through business, education, social enterprise, service, and leadership.
Carosella is a member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council, an invitation-only organization for chief executives in successful nonprofit organizations. She is also an executive council member of Ellevate, a global network dedicated to worldwide economic engagement.
Prior to BGS, Carosella was a senior vice president in a General Electric business unit, president of a middle-market consulting firm serving nonprofit and for-profit clients, and nonprofit executive director in the healthcare industry.
Carosella has served on nonprofit boards for organizations that support education, leadership development, financial literacy, and healthcare. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Saint Louis University with a degree in organizational psychology.
