Beta gamma sigma
Isabel Córdova Samaniego is an innovative business startup professional and the President of the Spain Alumni Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma. As a professional experienced in innovation and entrepreneurship, she works to impact the Spanish economy by helping accelerate digital start-ups through planning and executing investment strategy, building new business opportunities with corporations, and mentoring. Her strengths include her capacity for developing strong networks, managing negotiation and communication processes, and her motivation and personal commitment to causes.
Córdova Samaniego received her Bachelor of Mathematics and Physics from Colegio Nacional Experimental Ambato (Ecuador) and was awarded Best Student in the College. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her undergraduate degree and also earned Summa Cum Laude honors when receiving her Jurisprudence Doctor from the School of Law and Social Sciences at Universidad de las Américas (Ecuador). Córdova Samaniego also has a Degree in Law from Spain, a Masters in Corporate Legal Practices from Universidad Europea de Madrid, and a Masters in Business Administration from IE Business School where she was awarded honorary membership in Beta Gamma Sigma.
Currently, she serves as an Ambassador to a Madrid Startup House Foundation and is a member of the Spanish Association of Executive Women and Board Members -AKA EJE&CON-. Her previous accomplishments include her collaboration with the South Summit 2017 and Startup Weekend Madrid Uni Edition in Summer 2017, her successful closing of the investment round of GetItApp, and her being the co-founder and manager of Top Seeds Lab, a digital start-up accelerator.
