AACSB-accredited and highly ranked in US News & World ReportForbes and Princeton Review, the Crosby MBA program at the Trulaske College of Business on the University of Missouri campus in Columbia, Missouri focuses on Curriculum, Community and Careers. A solid curriculum allows students to gain a strong knowledge in the functional areas of business - management, marketing, finance, accounting, analytics, strategy, consulting and communication. Some of these core classes can be waived based upon previous undergraduate business coursework and additional electives would be taken in place.  Students can then personalize their education to their area of interest with the opportunity to take numerous electives and pursue one of many different concentration areas.

With a small class size and a strong sense of among community among peers and with faculty and staff, students receive personalized attention and everyone knows each other’s names. There is also a heavy focus on careers with a robust Business Career Services that offers individualized career counseling and coaching; numerous professional development workshops; and career interest groups focused on networking in and education about a particular industry such as Entrepreneurship, Healthcare, Finance and Marketing Analytics.  

 

Each year, five Beta Gamma Sigma members who are accepted into the Crosby MBA program will receive a graduate assistantship work position that will pay $8194 per year for 10 hours of work per week and a waiver of Tuition and Non-Resident Fees, estimated to be approximately $10,800 per year for Missouri residents and $29,550 per year for non-residents. This financial support is renewable for the student’s second year provided that the student maintain good academic standing and fulfill the responsibilities of their graduate assistantship.  Additional merit-based scholarships to admitted Beta Gamma Sigma members will be considered.
