Student Officer Onboarding Webinars

The Student Officer onboarding webinars are an opportunity to provide Student Officers with tools to assist you in your roles throughout the academic year, allow Student Officers to communicate with other Student Officers at other chapters, share ideas or suggestions, offer advice, and give Student Officers the opportunity to ask questions.

During the webinar, we will review the suggested Student Officer Positions, Student Officer Handbook, Student Officer Transitioning Guide, Student Officer page on the BGS website, Eligibility Criteria, Society Programs, Sample Event & Publicity Ideas, and have time for questions.

Typically, these webinars will take place at the beginning of the academic year (late August/early – mid September) to provide Student Officers with tools to assist them in their roles throughout the academic year. A recording of the webinar is available and to review later, should none of the scheduled webinar times work.
