The Ethical Leadership Certification program
Brought to you through Beta Gamma Sigma's partnership with the NASBA Center for the Public Trust
Are your students learning how to be ethical decision makers? Research suggests that over 80% of young professionals will face an ethical dilemma within their first two years in the workforce. Prepare your students for the difficult decisions awaiting them in their careers, while helping them build their resumes and communicate value to potential employers. How?
Enroll your chapter in the Ethical Leadership Certification Program.
The ability to infuse ethics into everyday practices and communicate the importance of ethical behavior is a top-level leadership skill that gives BGS members yet another way to stand out among their peers.
The NASBA Center for the Public Trust's Ethical Leadership Certification is an online tool that helps college students identify ethical issues, learn how to respond to dilemmas, and enhance their decision making abilities.
This training program is composed of six modules, each containing four to five sections lasting fifteen minutes each. Students learn ethical leadership lessons from current and past CEOs of companies like Kimberly Clark, AT&T, UPS, and Texas Instruments. Each module covers one of six topics:
- Overview of Ethical Leadership
- Ethical Decision Making
- Organizational Support of Ethical Leadership
- Role of Leadership in Managing and Preventing Conflicts and Ethical Risks
- Role of Communication in Ethical Leadership
- Implementing Ethical Leadership
To help your students become well-versed in decision making, conflict management, communication, and building ethical culture, consider enrolling your chapter in Ethical Leadership Certification.
