Keynote Presentation:
Evolving Authentically Amplifies Your Impact

What does evolution have to do with amplifying your impact through authentic leadership? A lot more than you might think! Dr. Erika Michalski designed this keynote to help you recognize your strengths and explore how to leverage them in new ways as a leader. It's time to shift from the limiting mindset of "Who we want to be like" into the liberating mindset of "Who we want to be" ... and Dr. Erika provides a framework to help you do just that.
