Beta Gamma Sigma is happy to share a sample copy of the 2023.2024 annual chapter survey for review prior to the survey going live. This is a sample and chapters will still need to submit their official survey response through the link they will receive in early April. The survey will be issued through Survey Monkey and will be sent to one chapter contact, in most cases a noted chapter advisor. Chapters are encouraged to reach out to their IT department to confirm the email, which will be sent via Survey Monkey, will make it to a contact's inbox.
To help our team ensure we send the official survey link to the correct contact, BGS encourages chapters to email your chapter manager, or our team at chapters@betagammsigma.org, with a quick note of what chapter representative should receive the email and survey link by March 29, 2024.The email will come from the sender chapters@betagammasigma.org via SurveyMonkey member@surveymonkeyuser.com with the subject line Beta Gamma Sigma 2023-2024 Collegiate Chapter Annual Survey
Once the survey is issued in early April, chapters will have until July 5, 2024, to complete and submit their responses. A survey response is required to be eligible for an honor roll tier.
