Wang, Ching-Ho | Benjamin R. Mulling | Renee Stuart

Wang, Ching-Ho

As a CEO of Bin Shyh Enterprise Co., Ltd., Ching-Ho Wang, has guided and innovated the eyeglass lens and spectacles in the eyewear industry. Since the establishment of Bin Shyh in 1988, Mr. Wang has transformed the company to be an influential and competitive glass lenses manufacture in Taiwan. After extensive research and development in eyeglasses, Mr. Wang has successfully led the company to expand its reach to over 33 countries worldwide, particularly with its high-quality sports eyewear and protective lenses. Mr. Wang has also teamed up with Japan’s top brands to innovate protection products. Mr. Wang has an exceptional background in chemistry and expertise in high-performance lens technology, including patented anti-blue light, anti-infrared, and quick-transition lenses. He has a visionary approach to innovation, focusing on smart eyewear solutions such as adaptive AR lenses and hearing-assisted glasses. 



Mr. Wang has a humanistic mindset in practicing social responsibility. He is dedicated to supporting small- to medium-sized enterprises in glasses research and development, as well as providing mentorship to young professionals. To further this goal, Mr. Wang collaborated with the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) to help Taiwanese manufacturers expand their presence on the global stage for eyeglasses. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, Bin Shyh Co., Ltd., under Mr. Wang's leadership, produced protective eyewear for frontline medical staff. As a result, the company received the "National Epidemic Prevention Team" Award from the Taiwan’s Presidential Office. 

Mr. Wang is deeply committed to the values of Beta Gamma Sigma—honor, wisdom, and service—embodying them through his focus on quality, ethical leadership, and sustainable innovation. He strives to be a positive force for social impact and a protector of vision health.



Benjamin R. Mulling
Nominated by Northern Kentucky University

Ben Mulling is currently the CEO of TENTE Casters, Inc., a multinational manufacturer of mobility solutions for the institutional, industrial, and medical markets. In 2008, he was promoted from the company’s Controller to CFO at age 28. As CEO, Mulling leads the company in all strategic and operational aspects in North America, including leading the strategic acquisition and integration of multiple new business units, driving localized production strategies with building and equipment capital expansions, product innovation and R&D planning, the development of strategic sales and marketing plans, among many other things. He is fully responsible for the strategic planning process for his organization, including the development, communication, and implementation of such plans across their North American operations. Mulling also serves on various international project teams for TENTE globally and currently serves on the IMA Global Board and is a former Chair. 

Mulling received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Northern Kentucky University, and he has graduate degrees from Liberty University and Harvard University.

Renee Stuart

Renee Stuart is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of MOXX Brands, one of New Zealand's fastest-growing consumer goods companies. MOXX Brands is renowned for designing and manufacturing modern, award-winning global brands. In just three years, the company has expanded its distribution to over 6,000 stores across five countries, showcasing its expertise in crafting brands for the modern shopper.

With over 15 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and business operations, Renee has a proven track record of success. Before founding MOXX, she served as the Head of Marketing and Vice President of Global Marketing for ZURU, a prominent toy and FMCG company. Her ability to blend art and science has resulted in the creation of modern brands and engaging, award-winning marketing campaigns. 



Renee's innovative leadership has not only driven significant business success but also contributed to shifting consumer behaviour toward sustainability. By designing premium yet affordable products, she ensures that sustainable solutions are accessible to everyday shoppers. This democratisation of sustainability has established MOXX’s brands as household names in their categories, proving that eco-conscious consumerism can be both desirable and scalable.

Renee exemplifies ethical business leadership by embedding sustainability, accessibility, and community impact into the core of MOXX’s operations and growth strategy. Her commitment to responsible business practices goes beyond profitability, demonstrating that companies can thrive while contributing positively to society and the environment. A distinguished alumna of Auckland University of Technology, the Business School is proud to honour Renee’s 2025 Business Achievement Award.
