Society CEO Chris Carosella named to Forbes Nonprofit Council

Forbes Nonprofit Council, an invitation-only organization for chief executives in successful nonprofit organizations, has named as a new member Christina Carosella, CEO of Beta Gamma Sigma. Based in St. Louis, Beta Gamma Sigma is a global honor society serving higher education business programs accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

Carosella, who has an extensive background in leadership, joined Beta Gamma Sigma in 2014, having held executive positions in the nonprofit, consulting and corporate worlds. Active in the community, she also has served on many nonprofit boards focused on business growth, education, child advocacy, financial literacy and leadership development. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Saint Louis University with a degree in organizational psychology.

The Forbes Nonprofit Council is comprised of executive directors and CEOs of certified 501(c)3 organizations in North America whose nonprofit leadership has been recognized publicly and who are actively engaged in education and workforce readiness. The council, which has a rigorous selection process, was established to proactively connect nonprofit leaders to one another in meaningful ways, as well as to share best-in-class practices.
